105 Proof had a magical year in 2000. The mixture of learning the rules as they went and lady luck helped them earn a spot at the National Amateur 8-Ball Championships in Las Vegas. They won their division and a chance to compete in the Green Room in Baltimore, which none of them had done before. The first match was considered a fabulous success because they won $200 for just showing up! In each of their match wins, a different team member stepped up at the right time to make the clutch shot that won the game. Joe's miracle shot, Kenny's sudden death game, Erik's break and runs all came at the right time. It all ended with one night in August, 2000 but 105 Proof had proven they were one of the top 64 teams in the nation! Enjoy the memories until we return and take better photos.
